    Indian wushu athletes are making history at the World Wushu Championships in Brazil, with Kareena Kaushik, Aparna Dahiya, and Shivani Prajapati reaching the gold medal rounds, a first for Indian women. Sagar Dahiya and Vikrant Baliyan have also advanced in the men's sanda category.
