    Jannik Sinner and Katerina Siniakova have withdrawn from the US Open mixed doubles after Sinner's illness during the Cincinnati Open final against Carlos Alcaraz. Sinner, who conceded the final due to feeling unwell, confirmed his participation in the US Open singles. Danielle Collins and Christian Harrison will replace them in the mixed doubles draw.
