    Ukraine: Canada's Carney rules out Russian say on guarantees

    During a visit to Kyiv for Independence Day, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney called for an immediate ceasefire in Ukraine to halt the ongoing violence. Speaking alongside President Zelenskyy, Carney emphasized that Ukraine, along with its allies, should determine its own security guarantees, not Russia.
