    Saudi Arabia hosts 15.2 million Umrah pilgrims in first three months of 2025

    In the first quarter of 2025, Saudi Arabia saw 15.2 million Umrah pilgrims, with Saudis making up 24%. International arrivals rose 10.7% to 6.5 million, mostly by air. Domestic pilgrims totaled 8.7 million, 58% of whom were non-Saudis. January led international visits, March peaked domestically, and Madinah welcomed over 6.4 million visitors, including 4.4 million from abroad.
