    Death toll in Iran tops 2,000 as Israeli strikes increasingly target residential units • FRANCE 24

    Some 2,000 people have been killed, among them 200 children since the Iran war started, FRANCE 24's Reza Sayah said, citing numbers released by Iranian authorities.
